Google Adsense Disabled Phishing Alert

google adsense phishing

I was shocked after I read an e-mail that my Google Adsense account was disabled due to invalid clicks. But I was relieved after I found out that it was a phishing e-mail. Because the e-mail account where I received this e-mail is not associated with my Adsense account and Google always addresses my real name whenever they send me an e-mail.

How did I knew that it was a phishing e-mail?

The sender’s e-mail address, “Google Adsense – adsense-adclicks-noreply@google.com” looks authentic and you’ll think that it really came from Google Adsense but it has an undisclosed recipients. Meaning, that this is a mass email attacking all Adsense publishers. Like what I’ve said above, Google addresses you with your real name and not just “Hello” or “Hi.” I already read an authentic “Google Adsense Disabled” e-mail and Google does not attached any file containing the reasons why your account was disabled. So don’t be fooled by this kind of scam e-mail. Prevent this scam by sharing this information to your fellow Adsense pubishers.
