The 83rd annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade has a new route and will skip Broadway. The Parade starting point will be at the Central Park West and 77th Street in New York and will end at Seventh Avenue. The list of performers was announced and will feature new balloons such as Sailor Mickey, Ronald McDonald, Spiderman and the Pillsbury Doughboy. UFC 106 Ortiz Vs Griffin 2 will happen on November 21, 2009 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Tito Ortiz will once again square off against Forrest Griffin after he defeated Griffin by split decision in UFC 59: Reality Check in 2006. Both fighters will be coming off defeats in their last UFC fights: Lyoto Machida beat Ortiz by unanimous decision in 2008’s UFC 84 while Anderson Silva knocked out Griffin in UFC 101 last August.
