Unable To Sign In To Yahoo! Messenger | Windows Vista, Windows 7 And Windows XP

I encountered this problem yesterday, I can’t log in to Yahoo! Messenger on my PC using my own account and even using my friends account. But it was weird because I was able to log in to YM on my Mac. So I search online to solve this problem and later found out how to fix it. The solution is easy. Go to “Control Panel” then click “Internet Options.” Then go to “Connections” and click “LAN settings.” Check “Automatically detect settings” then click OK to save. This solution is also applicable if you encounter this message, “Unable to install yahoo messenger. Please change firewall settings and try again” while you’re installing Yahoo! Messenger in your PC.
