ALCS Game 3 Recap: The Angels dominated game 3 with the final score of 5-4 in 11th inning. NY Yankees scored first from Derek Jeter’s home run and extended their score from the solo home runs of Alex Rodriguez in the 4th inning and Johnny Damon in the 5th. The Angels stopped Yankees heat after Howie Kendrick’s solo home run in the 5th and Guerrero’s two home runs in the 6th tied the game. In the 11th inning, the Angels won with the help of Jeff Mathis doubles to deep left with Howie Kendrick scoring from first. But the Yankees still lead the best of 7 series with 2-1 standings.
