The best things in life are free especially if it’s tax free! Friday is your lucky day because at at 12:01 a.m. the tax-free weekend begins. Tax free weekend is an annual sales tax holiday offered in many states including Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington D.C. and West Virginia. The tax on each item less than $100 will be waived, regardless of the total of all items purchases.
