Gay Pride Parade NYC 2009 Route Map And Schedule

The 2009 Gay Pride Parade will be held on June 28, 2009 in New York City and San Francisco. 2009 also marks the occasion of the 40th Anniversary of the Stonewall Riots in New York City. Accordingly, Heritage of Pride in conjunction with NYC local government is promoting the event and for people from around the world to attend. These events are organized for and on behalf of all lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender individuals and groups, and all others who support the struggle for the liberation of these communities.

The Rally – 42nd St. & 6th Ave. at Bryant Park Saturday, June 20th, 2009, 2:00 – 6:00 PM
Pridefest – Hudson St. between Abingdon Sq. & West 14th St. Sunday, June 28th, 2009, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Rapture on the River – Pier 54, 13th St. at Hudson River Park Saturday, June 27th, 2009, 6:00 – 11:00 PM
The March – 5th Avenue & 52nd St. to Christopher & Greenwich St. Sunday, June 28th, 2009
Dance on the Pier – Pier 54, 13th St. at Hudson River Park Sunday, June 28th, 2009, 4:00 – 10:30 PM, Fireworks
