Cebu Dancing Inmates Michael Jackson Tribute Video
The 1,500 inmates at the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center pays tribute to Michael Jackson on Saturday. The Cebu Dancing Inmates performed their dance hit number “Thriller,” “Ben,” “I’ll Be There” and “We Are the World.” A crowd of 700 Cebuanos and foreign tourists watched the performance from a second-floor corridor.
