I've really cut back on what I was eating . So far since December, Ive lost 22 pounds. I still have quite a ways to go and I'm hoping some of your receipes will help. I cant afford to join a gym but do what I can at home. I had knee surgery but will need a replacement in the furture. While the knee bothers me some still, I still try to get moving.
